Well I'm very worried and stressed out now, i rationed everything in my box and i thought it would be a lot easier than it's been, i remember getting the food and planning my meals for the week but after stretching a box of KD for two days and and eating a bowl of soup for lunch saturday and today also eating a lot of white bread i feel drained, grumpy and just about fed up with this challenge. I know it is impossible to make this food last until friday, i see myself running out of food tuesday.
I'm going to stick with it for as long as i can, i just don't know how to deal with the headaches and the hunger pains, I've never had to deal with hunger pains before and for that i am lucky but one thing is for sure i am going to be donating lots of fruits and veggies and whole wheat bread to the salvation army/food bank.
I would love a nice salad and a couple of apples or even some fresh meat
